Qualifications
HS Diploma, YMCA/ARC Lifeguard certification, Proficient in Swimming and safety skills, Ability to train swim instructors, Obtain trainer level certification in YMCA Swim Lessons: Fitness Classes, Youth & Adult, Preschool , and child parent . Pass water skills test and written exam.
Essential Functions
Assist with coordination of group lessons, serves as the point of contact when the Aquatics Director and Aquatics Manager are not available and more.
Required Certifications
YMCA or ARC Lifeguards certification
