As HRVP, you will lead the development and implementation of all HR strategies. Reporting directly to our new CEO, you will oversee a team of four HR professionals and work collaboratively with operational managers to ensure effective design, performance, and ongoing improvement of the HR function. While all competencies are significant, the following are critical to success in this position:
Bachelor’s degree and experience demonstrating a detailed understanding of the HR body of knowledge, with emphasis on employee relations. Must know California labor laws and regulations. HR certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) or Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
