Darryl brings to Y-USA a wealth of knowledge and skills gained over 20 years of serving in senior leadership roles including chief diversity officer, chief employment compliance officer, senior vice president of human resources, operations executive, executive coach, business management consultant, and employment and commercial lawyer.
He has deep experience in both the public and private sectors, including start-ups and nonprofits. Most recently he was a consultant, providing executive coaching and human capital management services. Prior to his consulting work, he oversaw human resources at TILT Holdings (Phoenix, AZ), served as President of Keith Consulting Group (Charlotte, NC), and provided executive coaching at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flager Business School.
Darryl earned his juris doctor from the University of Georgia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University. He has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a member of the American Bar Association.
