The YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking a Benefit, Compensation & HRIS Specialist, who will provide solid analytical, technical, administrative, and customer service support Associate-wide ensuring accurate processing, timely crisis resolution, various report creation/generation, and regulatory compliance. This role will serve as the primary contact for all benefit and compensation administration inquiries and report requests, as well as be responsible for CONNECT:HR and Advanced Benefits.
