Jeff Britt

Jeff Britt comes to the YMCA with more than 18 years of experience in government affairs and advocacy, most recently serving as a senior vice president for McGuireWoods Consulting, a national public affairs agency based in Richmond, Virginia.

Jeff’s background and skillset includes traditional lobbying, coalition development, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots mobilization. His portfolio of client work spans each level of government and across industries, most notably education, agriculture, energy, and healthcare matters.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jeff served as political director for three statewide campaigns in Virginia, where he developed and implemented voter outreach and turnout strategies in races for US Senate, Governor and Attorney General.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from George Mason University, and a master's in public administration from Virginia Tech. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and four sons.
