Marketing Communications Director
The Buckeye Valley Family YMCA
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Communications, the Association Manager, Communications
will focus on internal communications, managing and enhancing the YMCA's new intranet, and ensuring
alignment with organizational goals. This role will also support earned media efforts and the management
of monthly All-Staff Webinars, fostering a cohesive and informed organization.

Required Qualifications:
All YMCA team members are expected to maintain a current and active status for all safety, risk, and programming certifications defined by the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
