The Dallas YMCA is currently seeking a Membership Director for our Moody Family YMCA. 
Job Description

The Membership Director plays a key role in building meaningful relationships with members of the community while ensuring the growth and success of this membership base and the staff team. This position involves not only leading the membership service representative team of approximately 25-35 individuals, but needs a focus on member engagement, staff development, and assisting with operational goals. We are seeking a dedicated and task-oriented leader who excels in these areas of staff management, member engagement, and day-to-day operations.  Here at the Moody YMCA we strengthen the foundation of community through our commitment to youth development, energizing healthy living and inspiring social responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in membership management, customer service, or community engagement, preferably in a YMCA or similar organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with members and staff.
  • Experience with staff hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
