The Dallas YMCA is seeking a Membership Coordinator for the Frisco Family YMCA. 
Job Description

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, established in 1885, consists of 16 branches and 2 destination camps and employs over 2,000 staff - all dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families and communities. We are one of the largest YMCAs in North America and serve over 200,000 people annually through programs and events. 

This role is a full-time, hourly position. Some weekend and evening hours may be required due to events and staffing.  

Under the direction of the Senior Membership Director, this role is directly responsible for all "back office" functions of the membership process, as well as serving a lead for membership staff while on duty. An ideal candidate is enthusiastic, maintains a professional image and has the ability to work harmoniously with staff and members.

Qualifications

An Associate's Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience are required for this position. Candidates must possess the physical, visual, and auditory capabilities necessary to fulfill all job-related responsibilities. The role demands an energetic personality capable of strategically managing multiple tasks simultaneously and motivating staff to do the same. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills are essential. Successful completion of Reclique Core (POS) Level 1, 2, and Business Services, as well as CPR/First Aid certification, is required within 60 days of hire.
